Having had a modern living space added to the back garden this property owners wanted to redesign their garden and achieve a low maintenance, modern appearance.
We excavated the old lawn, levelled the area, laid a protective matting to prevent weed growth, added a deep layer of rubble base, then topped with sand. Finally the patio was laid and the lawn too.
The final result is a modern, low maintenance area to relax and enjoy the summer evenings.
